Returns & Exchanges

Buying online is not always easy, there are hundreds of brands and each one has slightly different sizing so finding your size sometimes is a bit of trial and error, unfortunately. 

With DNC Direct you have up to 60 days to return or exchange an unworn item. Please make sure the item is unworn and unwashed and still has the tags and packaging.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PRINT OFF THE RETURNS FORM HERE and include in the returns package otherwise we won't know who it's come from!

Simply go to DNC Direct Returns Portal to start the process, simply put in your order number and email and then drop it at Australia Post. They'll take care of the rest. 

If you can't log in or didn't give us your email then no problem, simply email us your order number and request to hello@dncdirect.com.au or give us a call on 1300 894 955 and we'll get the ball rolling.
