Q. Where do you ship from and where are you located?
A. We are proud to be an Australian Brand and shipping you quality garments from the DNC warehouse in Sydney, Australia!
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 5-7 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q. How much is Shipping?
A. It's AU$16.95 for domestic customers (it's free over $500), AU$75 for worldwide customers. View our Shipping Policy for more details.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take about 2 business days.
Q. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We processes all orders in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

A. We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, Afterpay, ApplePay and GooglePay as well.

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. Your Payment details are kept secure with Encryption & SSL certificate.
Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Q. Will I have to pay customs?
A. As a Non-Australian customer, most of the time you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 item. Please view our Shipping Policy for more details and contact us if you have any specific questions.
