DNC Direct is expanding their team and hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the team at the Sunshine Coast HQ immediately.

Join the fastest growing Workwear Business in South East Queensland and work in an awesome team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Handling all phone and email communication with customers
• Processing orders for the orders with our main supplier
• Recommending solutions and provide quotes for these accounts

Experience in workwear is preferred but experience in dealing with customers is essential. You must be computer literate and be able to use the Microsoft Suite.

This role will be office based and could be part-time or full time and so may suit a returning to work parent or someone looking to further their career.
