Please make sure your return is in the original packaging, unworn and with the swing tags attached. If it is not then we will not be able to accept your return. We suggest you try on the items as soon as you receive them. If you send your items back to us without the swing tags or original packaging then we will deduct 25% from the refund or exchange, no exceptions.
